The Situation
Your early-stage product has not yet found consistent user traction, but the team has several promising ideas for new features. Investors and potential users respond positively to demos, although very few people are returning to use the product regularly. Do you keep expanding the vision or pause to validate the core problem?
At ILOVEGREENER, I was excited by the technical possibilities and the broader product vision. I believed that adding more capability would make the product more compelling. In reality, the strongest user problem had not yet been validated clearly enough.
