The Founder Who Became the Bottleneck
The Situation
You understand the product, codebase, customer conversations, and business context better than anyone else. Because of that knowledge, most technical and product decisions naturally come back to you. The arrangement feels efficient, but the team has started waiting for your approval before moving.
